Genesis Cisneros graduated from the American University in Nicaragua as a doctor in Medicine and Surgery in 2021. After graduating as a general practitioner, she began working remotely as an insurance intake coordinator where she gained knowledge and experience in customer service and American healthcare systems. Her other passions lie in pursuing a career in aesthetics and dermatology in her home country and she also enjoys dancing. Genesis joined PPA in October 2022, and currently develops her role as our new patient intake coordinator, working remotely.
